Introduction to Aromatic Acupressure. Acupressure is an ancient healing art developed in Asia over 5,000 years ago that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body’s natural self-curative abilities. When these points are pressed, they release muscular tension and promote the circulation of blood and the body’s life force energy to aid healing. This course gibes an introduction to thehistory and origins of acupressure. The meridian system is explored linking the acupressure points to the body systems. An acupressure routine incorporating the use of essential oils is taught for both the body and the face .

    An anatomy qualification and an aromatherapy qualification

    Price per day: £90.00 or £150.00 for One-to-One tuition
    The price includes course notes, lunch and refreshments and all materials. A CPD certificate is issued at the end of the course.
